These terms govern your access to and use of Ajo Cloud. By using the service, you agree to them.

01Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using any Ajo Cloud product — Ajo groups, Akawo, Food Ajo, or Bill Payment — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the service. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and verification.
03Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
04Community savings rules
Ajo groups operate on agreed contribution amounts, schedules, and rotation orders that become locked. Members must make contributions on schedule. Slot swaps require the approval of all affected members. The platform does not provide liquidity or fund shortfalls on behalf of members.
05Financial transactions
All transactions are recorded on our append-only ledger and are final unless a valid reversal or correction applies. Fees, where applicable, are shown before you confirm a transaction. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are correct.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting unauthorized access, conducting fraudulent activity, manipulating rotations or schedules, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
07Disputes and liability
We work hard to keep the service fair and auditable, but to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided 'as is.' Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and you agree to resolve disputes in accordance with applicable Nigerian law.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
